Kognitv is currently operated by Amogh Wyawahare and Anuj Todkar. This policy explains how the public Kognitv website handles information submitted through the demo-request form.

Information we collect

When someone requests a demo, we collect the name, email address, institution, role, and optional message they provide. We also record the time of the request and the version of the consent notice.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to the inquiry and send relevant Kognitv product information.

Student information

Please do not include a student’s personal information in the public demo form.

Services used by this website

• Gmail delivers and stores demo-request emails.
• Vercel hosts the website, processes the form request, and provides basic security protections.
• Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregate pageview information. We do not use advertising pixels or session replay.
• Calendly opens after a successful request so the visitor can schedule a call. Calendly handles information entered on its own website under its own privacy policy.

Retention and your choices

Demo-request emails are retained for up to 12 months and then manually removed. To ask us to delete an inquiry or stop further contact, email amogh.wyawahare@gmail.com from the address used in the request.
